Professor Emmanuella Doussis, Director of the Master's Programme in "Southeast European Studies: Politics, History, Economics" of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens won the CISDL Natural Resources Legal Specialist Award 2021. These annual International Legal Specialist Awards seek to recognize international jurists for their outstanding contributions to law and policy innovation supporting the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in relation to key global challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, respect for human rights, access to health, sustainable trade and investment, natural resources management, and peace, justice and good governance.
