Orientation meeting for the students of the academic year 2022-2023

ORIENTATION MEETING FOR THE STUDENTS OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-2023

On the 22 September 2022 the orientation meeting for the new students of the academic year 2022-2023 was held at the  "Alkis Argyriadis" Amphitheatre at the main building of the University, Propylaea. The students had the opportunity to meet their professors and their fellow students.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR SUSANNAH VERNEY, CO-AUTHORED A PAPER, 'ACADEMIC GENDER GAP AND CAREER STAGE: SOME EVIDENCE FROM SOUTH EUROPEAN STUDIES JOURNALS'

SEE Studies Programme Director, Associate Professor Susannah Verney, co-authored a paper, 'Academic Gender Gap and Career Stage: Some Evidence from South European Studies Journals' with Anna Bosco and Sandra Bermude Torres, which was presented at the annual conference of the Italian Political Science Association in Rome on 10 September 2022.

DR. IOANNIS KYRIAKANTONAKIS -I TATTI/DUMBARTON OAKS JOINT FELLOW

Dr. Ioannis Kyriakantonakis, member of the academic staff of the programme, is currently an I Tatti (the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies)/Dumbarton Oaks Joint Fellow. His research project is "A study on Seventeenth-Century Religious Dynamics. The Traces of Kigalas Family".
